Ready to smile?
Please use the link above to schedule a General Exam & Cleaning appointment. Once you’ve booked an appointment, please take a moment to fill out our New Patient Registration Forms online.
If you are an existing patient or are having a dental or orthodontic emergency, please contact us for an appointment.
We are currently only accepting in-house referrals for orthodontic consultations, which means you must be seen at The Smile Space for a General Exam & Cleaning prior to scheduling an orthodontic consultation. We require this to ensure your dental condition is healthy enough to proceed with orthodontic treatment, and to facilitate any coordination that may be necessary between your dentist, orthodontist, and other specialists.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office has implemented new protocols and guidelines to provide the safest environment for our patients to receive quality dental and orthodontic care.
We are asking all of our patients to please:

Arrive to your appointment right at the scheduled time, not earlier or later
Practice social distancing in the office by staying 6 feet apart when possible

Changes we’ve made around the office to keep our patients and staff safe:
Installed a sneeze guard at our front desk
Installed medical grade HEPA-13 air purifiers throughout the office to continuously filter germs from the circulating air
Placed hand sanitizer and facial tissues throughout the office
Enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE) of all staff
Enhanced disinfection protocols of all private treatment rooms and common areas
Enhanced procedural protocols to reduce or eliminate airborne aerosols during all dental and orthodontic procedures
